홍합 털(족사)제거, 입벌리거나 깨진것은 모두 버려요. 맑은물이 나올때까지 바락바락 씻어요.

냄비에 홍합넣고 간신히 잠기는정도 물붓고, 술, 마늘, 대파, (청양고추) 넣고 입벌릴때까지 끓여요 (약5분)
