Prepare the soup base

In a pot, mix the TORO Fiskesuppe packet with 6 dl water and 1.5 dl milk. Stir thoroughly to dissolve.

Cook the potatoes:

Add the diced potato to the soup and bring to a gentle boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until the potato softens.

Add zucchini and salmon

Stir in the sliced zucchini and diced salmon. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the zucchini is tender.

Taste and adjust

Season with salt and pepper if needed. Add a drizzle of olive oil for extra richness (optional).
