Instructions

Step 1
Lay out the mozzarella, slicing smaller if necessary
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes to the size and width of the mozzarella, seasoning with salt and pepper, then add on top of the mozzarella
Step 3
Place a dollop of balsamic glaze on each tomato, and then attach a leaf of basil on top. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the platter
Step 4
Refrigerate overnight and serve cold
