Instructions

Step 1
Put olive oil in ceramic pan (corningware)

Put the chopped mushrooms into the oil

add salt and pepper

Add carrots and fry also until soft

Lift the carrots out and put aside

add the soaked textured pea protein and keep frying and add all the spices.

Prep all the other vegetables.

Get a round cake tin to dip the rice paper in

Get a large baking tray to lay the rolls
Step 10
Once all the ingredients are ready for filling, dip the rice paper in lukewarm water
Step 11
add the corriander, the veges, the noodles, and then the mince, and fold
Step 12
lay it into the baking tray, making sure they dont touch
