250 gramchicken
2 Tbsmaizena
1 Tbssugar
½ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
1 tspbouillon powder
1 Tbschili sauce
2 tspchili powder
1egg white
For Dipping
Instructions
Step 1

1. chopper all chicken ingredients
2. round the chicken using a spoon
Step 2
3. mix all dipping ingredients except bread flour
4. after the chicken is rounded, put it into the wet dipping material
5. after dipping into the wet dip, sprinkle with bread flour with a little pressure
6. put in the refrigerator for a while or if you want to make frozen food then put it in the frezer
7. fry on low heat and the oil should not be too hot, it will burn.
