Step 1
Pre heat oven to 450

In a blender combine the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar, melted butter, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth
Step 3
In a cast iron (or oven safe pan) melt two tablespoons butter over medium high heat
Step 4
Add the blueberries to the pan
Step 5
Pour the batter into the pan
Step 6
Instantly put the pan into the pre heated oven for 15 minutes
Step 7
Once out of oven dust with powdered sugar and serve with syrup
