Mix seasoning and ground beef. Take 1/4 lb ground beef. Roll into a ball, then flatten thinly on an fresh tortilla. Press to edge of tortilla

Spray/oil nonstick pan. Toss tortilla in pan meat side down. Cook about 3 minutes
Step 3
Flip cooked tortilla over cook in grease will make it crispy. Add cheese until it melts.
Step 4
Fold in 1/2. Add lettuce, mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and a thousand island dressing as desired.
