Instructions
Step 1

Wash your mushrooms
Step 2

Dry them ( the mushrooms )and coat in flour
Step 3

Now, take a separate bowl and beat up 2 eggs
Step 4

Now, take a separate bowl and add crumbed cornflakes, paprika, herb spice, pepper, and salt ( and more optional spices)
Step 5

Dip a few mushrooms in the egg mixture, then in the spice mixture and keep aside
Step 6

After all of the mushrooms are done, fry them in oil and enjoy 😉
