Instructions
Step 1
Brown onion and ginger for a couple of minutes in olive oil. When translucent, add garlic and fry for 1 minute
Step 2
Add all the spices and cook for a couple of minutes
Step 3
Add pumpkin and lentils and stir to coat in all the spices.
Step 4
Add stock, bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on
Step 5
Blend the soup and add extra salt or other Spices to taste. If too thick, add some water
