Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C
Step 2
Mix butter with garlic, citrus zest, orange juice, chilli, seasoning and herbs. Smear under the skin of the chicken
Step 3
Place potatoes, onions and the chicken in a roasting pan, rub a little more butter over the skin, dust some smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Roast at 200°C for 1 hour
Step 5
Return pan with just potatoes and brown potatoes for a few minutes
