Ingredients

1.25 poundsground turkey
browned and drained

½ cuponion
diced

1 tablespoonancho chile powder

1 tablespoonchili powder

1 tablespoongarlic clove
minced

½ teaspoonred pepper flakes

15 ounceswhite beans canned

15 ounceskidney beans canned

15 ouncesblack beans canned

15 ouncespinto beans canned

15 ouncesgarbanzo beans canned

4 cupszucchini
cut 1/2" thick

2 cupscarrot
shredded
32 ozpepper tomato soup

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the turkey in a skillet and drain.
Step 2
Turn slow cooker to high setting.
Step 3
Add browned meat, onion, chili powders, garlic, and red pepper flakes to the pot.
Step 4
Stir, cover and set aside.
Step 5
Open and drain beans. Add to crockpot.
Step 6
Cut zucchini into 1/2 in chunks, and add to crockpot.
Step 7
Add shredded carrots and roasted red pepper and tomato soup to the crockpot.
Step 8
Stir well
Step 9
Cook on low for 8 -12 hours
