Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 300. Scramble eggs with chili oils and seasonings of choice. Cook bacon rashers until slightly translucent. Line 9"x9" square baking pan with parchment paper. Lay bacon in pan, and pour in egg mixture. Bake for 12 minutes, or until egg is fully set. Remove from over and allow to cool. Flip onto cutting board. Cut into four equal squares. Wrap and freeze until ready to use.
