Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 servings
2cloves garlic
minced
1fresh ginger root
inch, peeled and grated
1 poundgreen cabbage
or coleslaw mix
½ teaspoonsalt
1 poundlean ground beef
2 tablespoonsliquid aminos
1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar
raw
2 tablespoonsgreen onion
minced for garnish
pam cooking spray
Instructions
Step 1
Spray cooking pan with Pam cooking spray. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add cabbage and salt; stir fry until soft for about 5-8 minutes.
Step 3
Push cabbage to one side of the skillet. Increase the heat to medium-high and lightly brown the meat for 2 minutes. Mix all together and continue cooking until meat is done to your liking.
Step 4
Reduce heat back to medium. Whisk brags liquid aminos and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Pour over meat and stir to combine.
Step 5
Garnish with green onion. Serve warm.
