Spicy Beef Stir-fry

Gobo is Japanese roots vegetable that you can buy at the Asian grocery store. You can replace them with carrots. Also, you can replace the thin-sliced beef with ground beef. Ingredients

5 ozbeef
thin sliced
2 cupsgobo
sliced
red chili flakes
1 tspsesame oil
½ tspsesame seeds
2green onions
sliced
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Peel gobo, slice, soak them in water for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and set aside.
Step 3
In a large pan heat oil, over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add sliced gobo, and saute for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add thin-sliced beef, and cook until no longer pink.
Step 6
Add the sauce, cook until the sauce evaporates.
Step 7
Add sesame oil, red chili flakes, sesame seeds.
Step 8
Serve with green onion.
