Skibidi Rizzlers

Here is an easy dinner recipe or an alternative for people who like brats but don't like a "mouth full of sausage". I like eating brats but prefer a more crispy meat and I like a higher bread to sausage ratio so these fit that bill. Feel free to substitute different brats, cheese or sauces.

Instructions
Step 1
Bake or grill your brats to near done then slice and brown in a pan with a small amount of olive oil. The oil will help crisp up the sliced sections. I slice the brats approximately ¾ of an inch thick.
Step 2
While the brats are cooking, slice your sourdough bread into slices and then cut the slices into smaller bite size portions that will hold the brat slices.
Step 3
Place the sliced sourdough on a pan and then top with the brat slices and a small section of cheese. Swiss was used for this recipe.
Step 4
I then place them in the oven until the cheese melts.
Step 5
Once the Skibidi Rizzlers are plated, top with desired sauce. I top these with Hidden Valley’s Taco Ranch.
Step 6
Enjoy!
