¾ cupsugar
2eggs
¾ cupbrown sugar
1 tspbaking soda
1 tsppumpkin spice
1 tspvanilla
0.5vegetable oil
15 ouncespure pumpkin
1 cupall purpose flour

Instructions
Step 1
In one bowl mix together the sugar and eggs really well, once mixed add the brown sugar, baking soda, pumpkin spice, vanilla, oil, pumpkin puree and mix really well

In one bowl mix together the cream cheese, vanilla , sugar, , milk and blend well
ASSEMBLY
Step 3
I used the really tall liners so i made 12 muffins but you can get more if you use the standard size. ADD muffin mix to the liners and put cream cheese filling on top and swirl together using a toothpick
Step 4
Put into the oven at the temp of 425 for 6 min then drop the temp to 350 and continue cooking for another 25 min don't remove muffins when turning down temp
