Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. While it's preheating, place the sheetpan in the oven. Prep your other ingredients.
Step 2
Once the oven reaches temperature, take out the sheetpan and place on top of the oven. Add 2-3 tbsp butter and let it melt on the hot pan. Add the Pierogies, onions and kielbasa.
Step 3
Toss so they are covered in butter. Cut the remaining butter into tosp and place pads of butter amongst the ingredients on the pan to melt as it cooks.
Step 4
Put pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Toss again and place back in oven for another 10-15 minutes, depending on your texture preference.
Step 5
Garnish and serve with green onions and sour cream (maybe even some applesauce!) I served with an arugula salad with a honey mustard vinaigrette.
