melted

⅔ cupcoconut sugar
or lakanto classic monkfruit sweetener

1 tspvanilla extract

1egg

1 ½ cupalmond flour

1 tspbaking powder

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine melted coconut oil oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix in the egg.
Step 3
Add in almond flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Scoop into dough balls on a parchment lined pan. Press into a flat disc. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Step 5
Make caramel by combining peanut butter and maple syrup.
Step 6
Melt chocolate chips with almond butter to make chocolate topping.
Step 7
Spread caramel and pour chocolate onto completely cooled cookies. Top with flaky salt.
Step 8
Refrigerate to set and enjoy!
