Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Tear the tofu into nugget, bite-sized pieces. Do not cut.
Step 3
Mix ingredients together (soy sauce through garlic powder) and pour the mixture over the tofu. Gently mix to ensure the tofu is all coated.
Step 4
Add corn starch and additional teaspoon of smoked paprika to the wet tofu and mix gently until the tofu is all coated.
Step 5
Bake the tofu at 375 for 30 minutes on parchment paper.
