Instructions
Step 1
Put eggs in pot and add cold water until eggs are covered
Step 2
Boil water
Step 3
Turn down to simmer and start 15 min timer
Step 4
At 15 minutes, dump hot water out as much as possible and then lightly shake the pan (to create micro-cracks)
Step 5
Cover eggs with cold water and let sit for a few minutes before peeling
