Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, roast for 25-30 min
Step 2
While roasting, saute sausage, onions, and peppers kn skillet
Step 3
Combine roasted potatoes with sausage mixture. Devide into 7 containers.
Step 4
Can add 7 eggs fresh daily or hard boiled for convince.
