Instructions

Step 1
Put a frying pan on medium-high heat with a little olive oil and toast your corn until nicely browned
Step 2
While the corn toasts, mix all the other ingredients together in a mixing bowl until well combined
Step 3
Once toasted, add your corn and mix, then garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika and serve
