Garlic Noodles with Sausage

Instructions

Step 1
Cook ramen noodles as directed on packaging. Do not use seasoning packet.
Step 2
Crisp sausage in pan, then set aside cooked sausage.
Step 3
In pan add a drizzle of oil, butter, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin, and gochujang, and mix.
Step 4
Add cream, parmesan cheese & parsley.
Step 5
Simmer for a min, then add in cooked noodles & sausage.
Step 6
Mix and top w green onion & sesame seeds.
