Instructions

Step 1
Lay out all bread slices on a flat surface in 2 rows (Top and Bottom) making sure each top slice has a bottom slice to make into a sandich
Step 2
Spray all slices with olive oil and turn over so that the olive oil is on the surface side
Step 3
Butter all the slices that are facing up
Step 4
On the top and bottom row of buttered slices, sprinkle a generous amount of onion powder
Step 5
On the slices on the top row - lightly sprinkle paprika and garlic powder and some chilli flakes. Top with cheddar and gouda cheese. Add sliced Rosa Tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and aromat. Add thinly sliced red onion and ham
Step 6
On the bottom buttered slices, Add a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Close the sandwich by placing the bottom slice on top of the top slice.
Step 8
Add sandwiches to a braai grid and spray once again with some olive oil.
Step 9
Braai and Enjoy!!
