Step 1
Bring the beef broth to a boil
Step 2
Add the bag of frozen molokheya and whisk until continually melted
Step 3
Add 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ground coriander, harissa, salt, salt and pepper
Step 4
Bring the molokheya to a very light boil
Step 5
In a seperate pan, melt the butter, then add the remaining garlic and coriander then add to the molokheya and cover for 30 seconds
