Instructions

Step 1
Mix the Marinade together with the chicken and leave overnight
Step 2
To make the sauce, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently until syrupy, so around 3-4 mins. Take off the heat and set aside.
Step 3
Toss the chicken with the cornflour until completely coated.
Step 4
Bake Korean Chicken Wings on the upper middle rack for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through
Step 5
Heat sauce and spread over wings
