Instructions

Step 1
Combine ground beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, a bit of pepper, and 1 tsp minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop a bit of carrot and bell pepper.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, Stir-fry the marinated beef in a preheated pan, breaking up clumps. Cook until moisture evaporates. Add chopped vegetables and 2 pinches of salt, stir-fry for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
Step 4
Making the Rice Balls: Mix 2 bowls of rice with 2 pinches of salt, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and some sesame seeds. Add stir-fried beef and vegetables, mix well. Shape the mixture into rice balls with your hands.
Step 5
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt. Lightly grease a pan. Spread 1 tbsp of the egg mixture thinly in the pan. Place a beef rice ball on the egg and roll it up carefully. Fancy and delicious beef rice ball is done!
