Instructions

Step 1
Place the thawed raspberries in a food processor. Process until pureed and smooth. Place in a fine mesh sieve and press liquid into a bowl. Discard the seeds.
Step 2
Place the cream in the fondue pot. Heat using setting 4 1/2, until the cream is bubbling. Gradually stir in the chopped chocolate, 1/2 cup at a time, until completly smooth after each addition.
Step 3
Measure out 1/3 cup f the raspberry puree and stir into the chocolate.
Step 4
Stir in the liqueur.
Step 5
For serving, keep the fondue warm using setting 3.
