2bay leaves

¼ cupwhite wine
3 x 15 ozcans cannelli beans
drained

2 cupschicken broth

12cherry tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 2. Mix panko and parsley with 2 tbsp oil and ¼ tsp salt.
Step 2
Mix panko and parsley with 2 tbsp oil and ¼ tsp salt. Brown speck in a 12 inch pan over medium high heat. Set aside.
Step 3
Brown sausages, then add to speck.
Step 4
Saute onion, garlic and carrots. Add tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
Step 5
Add wine and simmer until reduced by half.
Step 6
Add the beans, broth, S&P. Stir then add sausages and speck. Scatter cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with panko mix, avoiding sausages.
Step 7
Bring to a simmer and then bake uncovered 30 minutes. Broil for 3 minutes.
Step 8
Rest 15 minutes and serve.
