Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and let it get hot. Once shimmering, add chicken and brown.
2. Add in the drained sundried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the orzo and chicken broth. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until orzo is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
4. Once orzo is cooked, add in spinach and heavy whipping cream and stir until spinach has wilted, then add in Parmesan cheese and stir once more.
