Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop/dice all the veggies and potatoes, and add to the slow cooker. Add the broth and seasonings.
Step 2
Chop and fry the bacon, and add to the crock along with the bacon fat.
Step 3
Cook on high 4 hours, or low 8 hours.
Step 4
After cooking, add sour cream, and use immersion blender to create a creaminess.
