These flourless sweet potato brownies are rich and fudgy. Theyâre extremely easy to make, super tasty, and such a healthy dessert option. To keep the recipe sugar free, simply use sugar free maple syrup in the recipe!

IngredientsđŤ
1 cup mashed sweet potato (fully cooked)
1/2 cup nut butter of choice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or sugar free maple syrup)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)

Directionsđđť
1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
2. While the oven is preheating, combine all of your ingredients (except the chocolate chips, if using) in a small blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth.
3. Stir in chocolate chips by hand (optional).
4. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and add the brownie mixture to your prepared dish.
5. Cook brownies for 25-30 minutes, until set.
6. Let brownies cool slightly before enjoying!
7. Top with toppings of choice (see recommendations below).
