Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice the chicken breasts then add to a bowl with dark soy Chinese five spice and chili sauce and massage with your hands . Let it sit five minutes then add I tsp of cornstarch and massage in .

Step 2
Cook noodles until al dente then drain and rinse with cold water to stop them cooking further . Use a few drops of toasted sesame oil to stop them from sticking together

Heat up a wok then add in some wok oil when it’s hot and toss in the chicken. Cook for a few minutes until it has a lovely color then add minced garlic sliced peppers Chinese cabbage and bean sprouts and cook for 3 more minutes
