Step 1
Preheat a BBQ grill or chargrill on medium high. Cook beans in a saucepan of salted water for 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Place in a large bowl with the spinach and the tomato.

Step 2
Combine oil, lemon juice, dill, shallot and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3
Cook salmon on the BBQ for 2 minutes each side for medium rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Cook Haloumi on BBQ for 30 sec each side or until browned and heated through. Add to the bean mixture with the dill dressing and gently toss to combine.

Spoon the salad onto serving plates. Top with salmon and serve immediately.
