Instructions
Step 1
Thread chicken onto 8 skewers; rub combined garlic, paprika, sumac, oregano, water and vegetable oil all over the chicken. Cook chicken on lightly oiled grill plate until cooked through.









Step 2
Place herbs, tomatoes and onions in a medium bowl with juice and olive oil; toss gently.








Step 3
Serve skewers with salad
