Vanilla Bean Paste Simple Syrup

Instructions

Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup allulose.
Step 2
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occassionally.
Step 3
Once the allulose is fully dissolved and the mixture starts to simmer, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste. Stir well to incorporate.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to low and let the syrup simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow the vanilla flavor to infuse into the syrup.
Step 5
Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool to room temperature
Step 6
Pour the cool syrup into a clean airtight container. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month.
