Cake :preheat oven to 350, Mix 2 eggs with 100ml milk your choice(I use coconut), 2 oz(60ml) any oil( coconut melted, avocado etc), mix well, Another bowl mix 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 1/4 cup of flour( I use buckwheat , can be any gf or regular ), 1/2 cup sugar( your choice coconut, maple syrup) Mix well , add to wet ingredients , mix well , put in in square 8 by 8 baking dish , put any fruit of your choice on top, you can sprinkle shredded coconut on top, bake at 350 for 40 min, and enjoy 🥰🥰🎂🎂happy baking
