Instructions

Step 1
1. Break up the Weetbix: Place your Weetbix in a jar or bowl and break them up a little to make them easier to soak.

2. Mix in the Biscoff: In a separate bowl, heat the Biscoff spread for about 10-15 seconds in the microwave (to soften it), then stir it into the milk until it’s fully dissolved. Add the optional honey or maple syrup and cinnamon here, if desired.

3. Combine: Pour the Biscoff milk mixture over the Weetbix and stir well to ensure everything is coated evenly.

4. Add yogurt (optional): If you like a creamier texture, stir in the Greek yogurt.

5. Refrigerate: Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

6. Serve: In the morning, give it a quick stir and top with crushed Biscoff biscuits for extra crunch and flavor.
