1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-sized pieces

8 ozbowtie pasta
farfalle

2 tablespoonsolive oil

4cloves garlic
minced

1 tablespoonlemon juice

1 teaspoonlemon zest

½ teaspoonpaprika

salt

pepper

2 tablespoonsbutter

1 cupheavy cream

1 cupgrated parmesan cheese

½ cupshredded mozzarella cheese

fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
Step 6
Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
Step 7
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the lemon juice and zest. Toss to combine everything well.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
