Instructions

Step 1
Place everything into a large stockpot and fill with water (almost to the top). Bring to a boil on setting 15 or the highest setting (about 15 minutes).
Step 2
Turn down hob to setting 4 or low.
Step 3
Leave on setting 4 (or low) for about 6 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Add more salt if needed.
Step 5
Remove carcasses and discard. Strain the soup through a sieve.
