Creamy Mozzarella & Chicken Pasta
Mozzarella-Crusted Chicken Alfredo Pasta

340gpenne pasta

2 Tbspolive oil

450gchicken breasts
cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspitalian seasoning

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

3 Tbspunsalted butter

3cloves garlic
minced

1 ½ cupsheavy cream

½ cupchicken broth

1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped, for garnish

Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
