5pork chops
I prefer center cut
1 boxStuffing Mix Herb
Savory

1can creamed corn

1 Tbspbutter

⅓ conion
chopped

⅓ ccelery
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in pan over medium heat
Step 2
Sauté celery and onions in butter until slightly tender. (I prefer it to be crunchy)
Step 3
Remove from heat
Step 4
Add stuffing mix and stir
Step 5
Add creamed corn and mix
Step 6
Place pork chops in baking dish
Step 7
Spoon stuffing onto pork chops, being careful to keep the stuffing on top of the chops
Step 8
Add about 1/3 - 1/2 can water to bottom of dish. After baking there should still be water on the bottom of the dish. BUT do not cover the chops
Step 9
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
