Instructions

Step 1
Make the "crust" from 2lbs ground chicken, 1 lb itallian sausage, 1 egg and 1 C bread crumbs. Season if you want for stronger flavor. Spread half the mixture in each cookie sheet. Spread thin to edges and bake 375 for 10 min. Make pizza sauce from can of tomatoes. Spread half on each pizza. Top with chopped spinach, basil, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni and top with cheese. Bake again until cheese melts. Cut and serve.
