Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients (except for salt for tops) into a blender or food processor.
Step 2
Place dough into plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 4
Remove the dough from fridge and split in half.
Step 5
Roll out half the dough as thin as possible (1/8) Use a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Step 6
• The thinner the better for a crispier cracker. • Cut crackers into 1 inch squares. • Poke a hole into each square with a toothpick • Sprinkle with salt, • Do not separate crackers.
Step 7
• Place parchment onto baking sheet Bake 18-20 minutes •
Step 8
Repeat all steps with other half of the dough, • After they bake let them sit in the turned off oven with the door slightly ajar. This will allow them more time to dry out resulting in a crispier cracker. • Store in an airtight container.
