Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes

Mix soy sauce, vinegar and garlic and sesame oil put half in ziploc with chicken marinate 4-24 hours

Line sheet pan with foil and spray
Step 4
Drain marinated chicken Put on hot sheet pan cook for about 8 minutes

While chicken is cooking trip snap pears and cut peppers and onions
Step 6
Toss veggies with oil
Step 7
Add to chicken having most veggies touch pan.
Step 8
Cook for another 12 min or until tin chicken. Is cooked through
Step 9
Brush with remaining marinade sprinkle with sesame seeds (if desired) serve hot
