Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Heat coconut oil in pan, add garlic and onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add mince and cook until brown.
Step 4
Add beef stock, white rice, soy sauce, tomato paste, salt and herbs. Mix well.
Step 5
Place in a baking dish and cover with cheese.
Step 6
Place in the oven and cook for 30-45 minutes or until rice is cooked through and liquid absorbed.
