Instructions

Step 1
Thinly slice onion and apple.
Step 2
Divide a couple of handfuls of romaine and the spring mix into four bowls.
Step 3
Top with onion, apples, 1/4 c of pecans, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Goes good with white balsamic or pomegranate dressing.
