For the mince

30mlolive oil

1red onion

500gextra firm tofu

45mlsoy sauce

15gtomato sauce

15gbeef stock powder

1 tsppaprika

1 tspchilli flakes

1 tspgarlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packet instructions

Step 2
Finely dice onion and grate tofu


Step 3
Fry onion in oil. Once fragrant, stir in tofu, soy sauce, and tomato sauce. Add paprika, stock powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook low and slow until it resembles mince. It should take 15-20 minutes.






Step 4
Prepare yoghurt sauce by mixing yoghurt, garlic, salt, and lemon juice.



Step 5
Prepare butter by melting and mixing with paprika
Step 6
Serve by topping pasta with the yoghurt sauce, mince, and then paprika butter. Add chopped tomatoes and parsley.
