Remove seeds Drizzle with olive oil Salt Onion powder Bake on 350 for 35 min on cookie sheet Dice onion,bell pepper, Chile pepper and garlic
Saute in olive oil until fragrant Add fresh mushrooms until soft Add can of fire roasted tomatoes let simmer Remove spaghetti squash from oven
Take two forks to remove the inside of spaghetti squash Add to pan with sauce Mix together then Add parmesan cheese to top Serve
