Step 1
Cut spaghetti squqsh in half, clean out seeds. Roast for 1/2 hour. Turn over fill each half with 4 oz cream cheese, C cherry tomatoes cut in half drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with italian seasoning. Do this to both halves of squash. Season chicken breast and bake. Scrape squash into bowl with cream cheese and tomatoes, mix well. Can add more seasoning if needed or top with parmesan. Serve with chicken breast.
